Upgrade guide
No plumber, no special tools. Here's exactly how to swap a shower head, hose or rail — and how to pick the right one.

Almost all domestic showers use a standard G1/2 (1/2") thread. Unscrew your old head by hand and look at the connector — if it's the common size, your Imph part will fit.
Turn the old head or hose anticlockwise. If it's stiff, grip with a cloth for extra purchase. Clean any old tape or grime off the thread.
Drop in the supplied rubber washer, or wrap a few turns of PTFE tape clockwise around the thread for a drip-free seal.
Screw the new part on by hand until snug — no tools, no overtightening. Hand-tight is enough.
Turn it on and check for leaks at the joint. A quick extra quarter-turn usually fixes any weep. That's it — enjoy.
