Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your upgrade. This Return Policy sets out the conditions for returning items and the return process. For how refunds are issued, see our Refund Policy.
What you can return
- Unused items in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — always returnable for a refund or replacement.
What we can't accept
- For hygiene reasons, personal-bathroom items that have been opened or used (shower heads, hoses, filters, mats, curtains) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Items returned without their original packaging or beyond the 30-day window.
How to return an item
- Email support@imph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including the 14-day right to cancel for unused goods) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
