No. Most shower heads and hoses unscrew and screw back on by hand. We include washers or PTFE tape where needed, and a fitting guide in the box.

It uses a replaceable cartridge that traps visible sediment and particles from your supply line — useful on older pipework. It filters visible sediment only and is not a water softener, water purifier, or a medical or health device.

No. We only sell tool-free, non-pressurised shower and faucet accessories for standard domestic supplies.

Shipping is free on orders over US$60.00. Otherwise a flat tracked rate is shown at checkout.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-bathroom items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns and Refund pages for details.
